The Brief
Retain the elegance of natural stone while delivering performance suited to Dubai’s climate. The design intent called for a stone aesthetic that could withstand heat, UV exposure, and pool chemicals without compromise.

The Insight & Specification
Natural stone was trialed and proved vulnerable to heat, UV, and chemical conditions. We specified Sukabumi Porcelain to achieve the desired look with engineered reliability: low water absorption <0.5%, colour stability, high surface durability, precise sizing, and slip resistant finishes.
The Outcome
The solution scaled seamlessly across the project. Sukabumi Porcelain was installed in more than 100 pools throughout the development, delivering enduring beauty and performance.
